The ranking operation organizes the data in an analysis based on numerical values, allowing the identification of the largest, smallest, or main results.

The ranking is applied to the fields of vision measurement and only reflects the way the result is presented, not the result itself.

Performing ranking

See how to perform the ranking operation using the following example:

On a sales portal, a table displays the main orders, with columns showing the order number, the number of items, and the total order value:

If we click on the columns that display the measurement fields, in this case Purchased and Order Total , we will be applying the ranking and reordering how the results will be displayed in the table:

Another way to apply ranking is by using the Sort button , found in the upper right corner of the card. In this case, you need to drag the measure that will be used to sort the results and choose whether the order will be ascending or descending:
