Contacts added to customer records can be viewed from a specific menu.

Viewing a customer's contact

1. Access the View > Customer contact (CT008) menu.

2. Click on the Select type button and, in the Group by field, indicate whether you wish to use customer categories or company types. Once done, select a category or a type and click on Apply.

3. If you wish, use advanced filters by clicking on the Add Filter icon button.

4. Click on SEARCH to look for the records.

5. Select the desired record and click on the View icon button to view its data.
