Configuring an action type

Prerequisite

  • Access to the Configuration > Classification > Action type (PR038) menu.

Introduction

Configuring action types allows for classifying the measures that can be taken to handle or prevent risks identified in projects. This categorization contributes to a more efficient risk management by organizing actions in accordance with their purposes and characteristics.

All action types that may be used in the system must be created through the Action type (PR038) menu. These types will be presented in a hierarchical structure, making it easier to organize and view available actions.

This menu will only be displayed if SoftExpert Risk is NOT part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
