The configuration described in this article is applicable to system version 3.0. For the configuration of previous versions, click here.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Management > Audit > Planning (AU009) menu.
  • Access to the Execution > Audit execution (AU013) menu.
  • Previously created audit, either in the planning or execution step.

Introduction

The system allows for accessing audit scope, requirement structure, or working paper screens directly through a parameter inserted in a link.

This feature dispenses with the need to navigate through the planning and execution menus in order to locate an audit and open the desired screen. With just one parameter in a link, the system redirects the user automatically to the right screen.

This behavior varies according to the audit step:

  • If the audit is in the planning step:
For risk and control plan audits, the Audit scope screen will be displayed.
  • For requirement audits, the Requirement structure screen will be displayed.
  • If the audit is in the execution step, with In progress status, the Working paper screen will be displayed.

1. Access SoftExpert Suite.

2. Delete the whole part that starts at /softexpert in the link.

3. Insert this parameter: /se/audit/au_audit_ribbon/auditworkingpapersynthetic.php?idaudit=<IDAUDIT>.

4. Replace <IDAUDIT> with the ID # of the audit you wish to access.

5. Press ENTER on the keyboard. Then, the screen will open.

User following the steps described above to access an audit Working paper through a link.
