In SoftExpert Competência, the learning method is the registration that defines how the employee will acquire knowledge about a specific competency.

Configure learning method type

1. Access the Settings menu > Learning method type (CO038) .

2. Click the button Add icon.on the toolbar.

3. In the Identifier field , enter a number or abbreviation to identify the type of learning method.

4. In the Name field , enter a name for the learning method type.

5. Use the Higher Learning Method Type field to include the type that is hierarchically superior to the one being created. To do this, click the button Search icon., select the desired type, and click the button Save and exit icon.to save your selection. 

6. After filling in all the fields, click the button Save and exit icon.to save the record.

 

Register learning method

1. Access the Registration menu > Learning Method (CO028) .

2. Click the button Add icon.on the toolbar.

3. Select the type that will classify the learning method and click the button Save and exit icon.to save your selection.

4. On the screen that will open, enter an identifier and a name for the learning method.

5. Use the Description field to record additional information.

6. Click the button Save icon.to enable the remaining tabs for completion.

7. In the Attachment tab , drag or select a file to include attachments related to the learning method.

8. On the Associations tab , click the Associate button .

9. On the screen that opens, select the competency to be associated with the method using the Association Type field .

10. In the Relationship Type field , select the relationship between the objects being associated.

11. In the Object field , select the record to which the method will be related and click the Save button .

12. To finalize the method registration, click the button on the learning method data screen.
