Introduction

In SoftExpert Form, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is applied to responsive forms to:

  • Analyze the context and automatically fill in the form fields.
  • Translate fields automatically.
  • Perform sentiment analysis on texts.

In general, to use these features, it is necessary to create a rule and associate it with a specific form element. When executing the rule, it will be triggered and will call the REST data source; the return of this service will fill the corresponding field with information or sentiment analysis.
