Introduction

In SoftExpert Form, Artificial Intelligence (IA) can be applied in responsive forms to analyze the context and automatically fill in form fields.

This article will demonstrate how to enable the feature in SoftExpert Form.

Smart form fill

By means of context analysis, the smart fill feature allows form fields to be completed automatically. To use the feature, it is necessary to create a rule and associate it with a specific form element. 

See in the video below how to configure the execution rule of the smart fill feature. As an example, the rule to create impact analysis with Copilot will be configured, which, in practice, fills the description field of the impact with AI-generated information.

Conclusion

Thus, when the rule is executed, it will be activated and call the REST data source. The return from this service fills the corresponding field with the information generated by the AI.
