- SoftExpert Copilot as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
- SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
- Translation API previously configured to use the machine translation feature.
- SoftExpert Form as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
- Access to the File > Form (FO005) menu.
- Previously created responsive form.

Introduction
In SoftExpert Form, Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to automatically translate the content of form fields.
This article will demonstrate how to enable the feature in SoftExpert Form.
Machine translation in forms
The machine translation feature allows the content of form fields to be translated automatically. To use the feature, it is necessary to create a rule and associate it with a specific form element.
See in the video below how to configure the automatic translation feature execution rule. As an example, the rule to create impact analysis will be configured with Copilot, which, in practice, fills the description field with text automatically translated by AI.
Conclusion
Thus, when the rule is executed, it will be activated, and the return of the rule fills the corresponding field with the text automatically translated by the AI, in the language defined in the rule.
