Associating a signature configuration with the category

Prerequisites

 

Introduction

After configuring the digital signature, it is necessary to associate it with the category of the documents to which you want to apply it.

In this article, to demonstrate, the digital signature configuration that integrates the example developed in the flow will be associated.

To perform the association, execute the following steps:

 

Associating the signature configuration with the category

1. Access the Configuration > Category (DC043) menu.

2. Select the category with which you wish to associate the signature configuration.

3. Click on the Edit icon. button.

4. Access the Electronic file tab.

5. In the General section, expand the Digital signature configuration field.

6. Select the desired signature configuration.

7. Click on the Save and Exit icon. button.

8. Save the category record.
