SoftExpert Inspection provides a menu that allows you to track inspections registered in the system, regardless of the stage of the workflow they are in.

In this menu, users who are members of the responsible team will be able to change data, copy, or delete inspections.

See below for how to track inspections in the system:

  • When blocking records, the system will request a justification. Blocking or suspending receipt is applied when a batch approved in inspection presents problems detected during use.
  • To create analytical insights, SoftExpert Analytics should be part of the solutions acquired by the organization.

In the generation of receipt indices, the "Suspended" status is treated by the system as "Rejected".

In version 2.2.4, the stages under approval are now identified by a single icon, ensuring greater clarity and uniformity in visualizing the status.
