Prerequisites

  • Initiative previously registered.
  • Access to the Management > Initiative evaluation (PF006) menu.

Overview

After performing the required registrations, an initiative can be created.

The evaluation applies method, criteria, and weights to generate a score, combining scenarios and financial data to measure value, risk, and urgency/effort. In this way, it supports decision-making and prepares execution through projects.

Feasibility verification is essential: the process starts with registration, goes through evaluation and approval, and ends with prioritizing the most suitable initiative and planning the project that puts the strategy into practice.
