Now that the initial configurations have been set, we will create the receiving inspection form.

To do that, access the IP003 menu and click on the button.

The system will display the inspection form types. At this point, select the "First plug type" type created previously.

After that, click on the button.

On the screen that will be displayed, fill out the following fields:

• Item: Select the item previously created in the SoftExpert PDM quick guide.
• Evaluation group: Select the "Inspection assessment group" group created in the Creating an evaluation group step.
• Quality index: Select the "INDEX-001" index created in the Creating a quality index step.
• Receiving flow: Select the "FLUX-001" flow created in the Creating an inspection flow step.
• Frequency type: Keep the "Uncontrolled" option checked.

Now, in the Default configuration tab, select the "Total inspection" option in the Inspection frequency field.

Then, for the sampling rule, keep the Register readings field checked and select the "Defined size" option.

In the Sample size field, enter the value of "5", and set the Max. rejected amount field as "2", according to the image below.

After doing that, click on the button.

The inspection form has been created successfully!
