Action plan - 3.1

Option for opening the plan view from within the action screen

In this release, a link has been added to allow for opening the plan data from within the action screen during the execution or planning of an action.

This new feature simplifies navigation and makes accessing information and monitoring plans more agile.

New trigger in the Business rule component

A new trigger has been added to the SoftExpert Business rule component, named Executed action, with a focus on improving action plan gamification.

This trigger is activated when a plan action is executed, allowing rules based on this event to be automated. In this way, it is possible to apply, for example, gamification mechanisms in order to reward users who complete actions on time.

The new feature is available exclusively for plan actions and is not applicable to isolated actions.

Improvements in the action plan report

Layout adjustments have been made, with highlight to the title and to the planning approval and effectiveness verification sections, and unnecessary texts have been removed.

This improvement provides users with a clearer and more objective view of the information.

Additionally, the names of the attachments of the plans, their associations, and descriptive fields have been included.

Data management continues to be standardized in release 3.1 with the centralization of menus in the SoftExpert Administration component.

The following menus have been removed from SoftExpert Action plan:

  • Criterion (PL022)
  • Evaluation method (PL023)

The records are now created exclusively through the following menu:

  • Evaluation method (AD083)

With this change, information maintenance occurs in a single place, providing greater consistency among the components and more agility in data management.

New default frames for efficient record management

SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:

  •  View profile (PL028).
  •  Template (PL002).

The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.

The menus maintain the same features implemented in version 3.0, with an exclusive change of layout.

These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.

With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.

Deadline display adjusted in the new Task center

Starting in version 3.1, the action planning and execution tasks will only display the deadline status in the corresponding column.

The deadline date remains available in the Planned dates column. This change is intended to prevent incorrect interpretations, making the distinction between the status and the planned date clearer.

Scheduling creation adjusted

The scheduling process has been adjusted to ensure greater consistency in the generation of records.

From this version onwards, schedulings will be executed synchronously in the group, replacing the asynchronous processing previously used.

This change prevents inconsistencies when copying records during data generation from templates.

Performance improved in deadline processing

A performance improvement has been made in the daily scheduling responsible for materializing the deadlines of actions and plans.

This optimization reduces processing costs, especially in cloud environments, in addition to making service execution faster and more efficient.
