Requirement creation in the audit scope
From SoftExpert Suite version 3.1, it will be possible to create requirements directly in the audit scope, without the need for a link with other components.
Furthermore, a new resource is available for the direct manipulation of the records linked to the structure.
With this improvement, the requirements and other objects of the scope can be managed in a more dynamic way, providing greater flexibility in their definition.
The option of editing names and ID #s, as well as adding new requirements, is available only for requirements created directly in the audit scope. The requirements associated with SoftExpert Requirement no longer allow these actions.
Integration via API and import for audit management
New resources have been made available to enable integration with third-party systems and data import, with a view to assisting in audit management.
This resource allows sending HTTP requests for four types of operation: initial audit creation, requirements import, import of checklists that compose the scope, and evaluation creation.
In this way, it is possible to automate different steps of the audit process, facilitating integration with third-party systems and reducing the need for manual records.

New text assistant with AI
To support text drafting during the audit process, this version features a new AI writing assistant.
This resource aids in text creation during audit evaluations, generating suggestions for evidence, comments, strengths, and weaknesses, based on the analyzed information.
It is also possible to fine-tune the suggested content by applying different writing standards as needed.
Using artificial intelligence, the process becomes faster, contributing to greater standardization and quality for the information.

Change history in the working paper
Now, the system starts to record a history of the changes performed in the working paper.
This feature allows for tracking changes related to conformity, evidence, occurrences, and attachments in items evaluated within the audit scope.
The resource enhances the traceability and control of the recorded information.

Visual improvements on the audit data screen
Visual adjustments have been made to the audit data screen, making the use simpler and better aligned with the pattern of the other components.
The changes focus on organizing the information, including:
- Removal of the planned time and actual time fields in the schedule steps.
- Information reorganization, with objective, description, scope, and objects grouped into a new tab.
- Direct display of the scope structure with only one click.
- Toolbar update, with the removal of unnecessary buttons.
- Possibility of resizing the structure and the requirement data through dragging.
In this way, navigation becomes simpler, and the use of the system, more practical.

New screens for efficient record management
SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:
- Identification mask (AU021).
- Dynamic navigator (AU022).
- Test plan (AU035).
- Permission profile (AU039).
The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.

- Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
- Mass change and deletion.
