New default frame for efficient record management

Version 3.1 of SoftExpert Suite brings a modern and standardized interface to the External application (BR003) menu.

With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records. 

Immediate benefits of this screen: 

  • Individual record editing.
  • Mass change and deletion.
  • Integration with APIs for automation.
  • Direct access to records with two clicks.

These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive. 

With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.

 

New executed action trigger

In version 3.1 of the system, we are making a new trigger available in SoftExpert Business rule called Executed action.

This trigger is fired whenever a plan action is closed, allowing the flows to be automated from this event. 

This update broadens the possibilities for integration between the SoftExpert Suite components, in addition to enabling scenarios such as the gamification of action plans, using the Business rule component to automate these rules.

Along with the trigger, filters have been added to refine the execution of the rules:

  • Action plan: allows selecting a specific plan.
  • Action: allows selecting a specific plan action.
  • Deadline status: considers closed actions as on time, close to due date, or past due.
  • Action category: filters actions by category.
  • Plan category: filters action plans by category.

At this first moment, the trigger is only available for actions linked to action plans, and is not applicable to isolated actions.

 

 

Improvements in triggers and notifications for documents

In version 3.1, improvements have been added to SoftExpert Business Rule to expand automation with documents.

The When a document expires and At each period of time triggers have been made available, in addition to the new Document condition, allowing for more specific rules.

New dynamic words have also been added to be used in notifications (e-mail and SMS), such as ID #, title, responsibility, category, revision status and dates, and validity.
