New management in the FMEA family menu for AIAG & VDA

As of this version, it will be possible to manage FMEA families directly through the (FM042) menu for the AIAG & VDA model, in the context of Process FMEAs. 

Previously, equivalent FMEAs were managed separately, which increased rework, hindered standardization, and elevated the risk of discrepancies between associated records. 

With the new feature, FMEA families become a centralized base, allowing child records to be organized with greater consistency, traceability, and control, through mechanisms for synchronizing and replicating shared data. 

Additionally, improvements have been made to the navigation and display of the resource, as well as to the definition of rules for the relationship between families and child FMEAs. 

With this evolution, the component provides greater standardization between analyses, facilitates the update of information at scale, and enhances control over the particularities of each product, maintaining a more consistent and reliable common base. 

New default frames with intelligent features

SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus: 

• Severity criterion (FM030).
• Occurrence criterion (FM031).
• Identification mask (FM023).
• Dynamic navigator (FM024).

With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records. 

Immediate benefits of this screen: 

• Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
• Individual record editing.
• Mass change and deletion.
• Direct access to records with two clicks.

Exclusively in the Severity criterion (FM030) and Occurrence criterion (FM031) menus, it is possible to create records using the "With AI agent" feature, in addition to options such as creating records from scratch, integration with APIs, and import from a template. 

With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization. 

Menu removed from the component

In this release, the Permission profile (FM070) menu has been removed from SoftExpert FMEA, as it did not apply business rules nor did it have any functional impact on the component.

This update contributes to a cleaner and more coherent interface, ensuring that the system keeps only the effective features, in alignment with the actual needs of users.
