Form record import via spreadsheet
As of this version, it will be possible to import data in bulk into form tables by uploading spreadsheets in XLSX format.
The import can be performed directly when creating the table or through table and editable-table elements in the responsive form.
The system provides a spreadsheet template with the appropriate headers that supports up to 100,000 records, making it easier to insert information and ensuring a more agile and practical import.
Image display in PDF form reports
In version 3.1, images attached to file-type fields in the responsive form will be rendered directly in the PDF report, which results in more visual and informative reports.
Moreover, new configuration options have been added to the file element, allowing the user to define the image's size (actual, proportional, or extended size) and horizontal and vertical alignment, which are reflected in the form execution step and in the PDF report.


The supported image formats are GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and BMP. Files of other types continue to display only the name of the file.
Data mapping at JSON sub-levels in REST data sources
Starting in the new system version, the configuration of REST data sources in table, editable table, and REST list elements of responsive forms will support the mapping of return parameters at different levels of the JSON structure, including nested objects.
This expands the possibilities for integration with third-party services, allowing the user to select properties at sub-levels of the same listing in a practical and flexible way.
An evolved table and form creation API
The API for creating tables and forms has been expanded with support for new types of fields, visual elements, business rules, variables, expressions, and functions.
With this evolution, it is possible to automate the configuration of more complete and complex structures, without the need for manual interaction with the interface.

Audit trail for table and table type security
As of SoftExpert Suite version 3.1, the addition, change, and deletion of security definitions in tables and table types will be recorded in the Audit trail (CM002).
This ensures greater control and traceability for the security configurations performed in the Table type (FO010) and Table (FO014) menus.
Audit trail for form file download
Starting in version 3.1, the download and viewing of files attached to file fields of responsive forms will be recorded in the audit trail.
This improvement allows for greater traceability concerning access to the files stored in form records.
To use this feature, the audit trail must be fully enabled and have the view action configured as audited on the Audit trail (CM012) screen.
Audit trail for relationship fields in responsive forms
As of this version, the audit trail of responsive forms will also record the creation and change operations performed in relationship fields, such as the advanced list.
In case of a change, the previous and new values will be recorded, ensuring greater traceability concerning the changes made to form records.
Save and new option for tables with data sources in responsive forms
From this version, when inserting records through the data source of a table or of an editable table in a responsive form, the Save and new button will be available.
With this option, the screen remains open after saving, allowing the user to select and add new records to the table in a more agile and practical way.
Option for exporting records from the advanced lists of responsive forms
As of version 3.1, it will be possible to export and import records from advanced lists used in responsive forms.
This feature facilitates the reuse of configurations between environments, allowing for the replication of already defined structures without the need for manual recreation.
In this way, teams gain more agility in modeling and greater standardization of the forms, reducing rework and ensuring consistency between environments.
- During the export, the system validates the user's access permissions based on the table security. If the user does not have permission to view the records, no data related to the lists configured in the form will be exported.
- To ensure performance and stability, this resource has some limitations: it will be possible to export lists with up to 1,000 records, provided that the associated table has a maximum of 20 columns.
New default frame with intelligent features
SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:
- Form type (FO007).
With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records.
Now it is possible to create items from scratch, import from a template, or use the "With AI agent" feature.
Immediate benefits of this screen:

- Individual record editing.
- Integration with APIs for automation.
- Direct access to records with two clicks.
These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.

The "With AI agent" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have SoftExpert Copilot.
Generate revision changes with AI
Now, you can count on artificial intelligence to speed up the revision process. Available in the Revision > Change section, the automatic generation option analyzes the data of both the revision and the object, suggesting a list of relevant changes.
With this improvement, you reduce manual effort and gain more agility when identifying the necessary adjustments. The generated changes can be reviewed, edited, or removed before being saved, ensuring total control over the end result.
Resource available only to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a Gen AI & NLP API configured.
