Maintenance - 3.1
Field configuration by activity
Version 3.1 introduces a new configuration for the activity structure in SoftExpert Maintenance.
Now, it is possible to define the display of fields in maintenance activities according to the operational context, providing more focus and control.
The screens impacted by this new structure are:
- Standard activity type (MA048).
- Standard activity (MA049).
- Plan (MA006).
- Activity planning (MA025).
- Activity execution (MA010).
The display configuration of the fields is reflected on the activity planning and execution screens.
The main impact is in the execution, because, up to the planning step, it is still possible to adjust the configurations.
This flexibility allows adapting the display of the activities to the operational needs, making the system usage more efficient and targeted.
New default frames for efficient record management
SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:
- Usage adequacy (MA032).
- Control variable (MA001).
- Acceptability criterion (MA034).
The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.
Immediate benefits of this screen:
- Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
- Individual record editing.
- Mass change and deletion.
- Integration with APIs for automation.
- Direct access to records with two clicks.
Exclusively in the Usage adequacy (MA032) menu, it is possible to import from a template.
These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.
With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.
Menus centralized
Data management continues to be standardized in release 3.1 with the centralization of menus in the SoftExpert Administration component.
The following menus have been removed from SoftExpert Maintenance:
- Service center (MA051).
- Evaluation method (MA035).
The records are now created exclusively through the following menus:
- Service center (AD082).
- Evaluation method (AD083).
With this change, information maintenance occurs in a single place, providing greater consistency among the components and more agility in data management.

Automatic pre-load of asset supplies
Now, in version 3.1, it is possible to configure the automatic pre-load of the supplies linked to an asset in maintenance activities.
With this improvement, when selecting the asset, supplies are suggested both in the planning and in the execution of maintenance activities, reducing rework and making the process more agile and consistent.
