New data screen with AI resources
In the new system version, meeting data is displayed in a more intuitive manner.
The new data screen ensures agility and flexibility through new filling configurations and autosave.
The meeting usage flow also became more practical. Now, all the record creation steps can be executed directly through the data screen, without the need to access the Task center multiple times.
The clearer and more straightforward design helps streamline the new data screen, ensuring a quick and effective operation concerning the records.
The AI features further facilitate the use of SoftExpert Meeting. Through the data screen, it will be possible to automatically generate action plans related to the recorded information. Furthermore, this information can also be summarized by artificial intelligence, simplifying the operation and creation of the meetings.
These features contribute to reducing manual effort, standardizing the records, and ensuring greater alignment between the discussions held and the actions executed.
The AI features are only available to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a configured Gen AI & NLP API.
For the resource that generates action plans with AI to work correctly, the meeting in progress must have calendar synchronization configured with Microsoft Office365 and audio transcript saved in Microsoft Teams.
