Native SoftExpert Suite app
The SoftExpert Suite application is being rebuilt natively, with a focus on improving user experience and product scalability.
In version 3.1, the following features will be made available:
Login and profile
Allows access to the application by means of authentication with username and password or Single Sign-On – SSO.
After the login, the profile can be accessed from the upper left corner of the screen, where user and environment information is presented, in addition to the following options:
- Biometric authentication: allows quick reconnections in cases of disconnection due to idleness.
- Change license key: allows switching between available licenses.
- Documentation: quick access to the system's documentation.
- Exit: option that ends the session in the application.
View screen
Allows quick and accurate searches of tasks and processes in viewing mode, without the possibility of editing.
This feature includes the Saved search and Quick access options, reflecting in the application the queries previously created on the SoftExpert Suite platform.

Tasks
Allows accessing tasks in the following modes:
- Execution: displays the activities that must be carried out by the user or by the teams of which they are part.
- Tracking: presents tasks only for viewing purposes, without the possibility of editing.
The following task types are supported:
- Workflow/Process.
- Action plan.
- Project.
- Document revision/draft.
- Publication acknowledgment.

- Only tasks with responsive forms can be executed in the SoftExpert Suite application.
- The application does not support all task types and process rules available on the platform.
Startup
Allows starting and instantiating processes.
After defining the title, the user is directed to the execution screen, where they fill in the initial information and send the task to the next step.
