OKR - 3.1
OKR and KPI duplication, export and import
Starting in version 3.1 of the system, the Objective (OK002) and KPI (OK003) menus feature new ways to add records with more agility:
- Duplication of existing items: duplicate existing objectives and key results with a few clicks, reusing already configured structures and adapting them as needed.
- Export and import via spreadsheet: export OKRs and KPIs to a spreadsheet, edit the information, and import them back to the system, with automatic validations that ensure data consistency.
- Import via API: import data in an automated manner.
With these new options, the process becomes faster, more secure, and more efficient, allowing the teams to focus on tracking and delivering results.
The complete technical documentation on integration via API, with examples and usage guidance, is available in the Integration guide.
Initiative progress integrated with key results
In the latest version of the system, a new configuration is available to allow the progress of initiatives to be linked to the progress of key results, connecting the execution of activities to strategic planning.
With the Configure initiative progress feature, it is possible to define whether the progress of a key result will be updated manually at check-in or automatically, based on the progress of the associated initiatives, such as action plans, isolated actions, or activities.
This resource is designed to ensure that the effort of the teams in the execution of day-to-day activities is reflected in an agile and transparent way in the strategic objectives of the organization, reducing gaps between planning and actual results, and offering a more accurate and reliable vision of the progress of the OKRs for all leaders.
After the configuration, the check-in screen starts to display a new option that facilitates the progress recording.
When Fill in with the progress of the initiatives is selected, the Actual value field is automatically filled in based on the progress of the initiatives linked to the key result, eliminating the need for search and manual fill.

Improvements in OKR analyses with AI
In version 3.1, new features have been incorporated to make OKR analyses more complete, visual, and oriented to decision-making.
The improvements include:
- Executive view: pre-defined report that automatically generates a structured summary of OKR evolution, facilitating sharing with responsible parties and executives.
- Action plans with AI: automatic generation of plans for each key result, with the possibility of reviewing and adjusting them before they are created and associated.
- Enhanced forecast charts: clearer view of how results evolve over time.
- OKR health score: AI-calculated indicator that represents the overall health of an objective's progress.
The health score calculation considers factors such as progress, forecast, check-in confidence level, comment sentiment, update frequency, and evolution pace towards the goal. The score ranges from 0 to 100, with values between 70 and 100 indicating a positive scenario.

AI-powered analysis for KPIs
Version 3.1 introduces the Analyze with IA feature for KPIs, which is responsible for performing automatic analyses based on system data.
The resource relies on artificial intelligence to interpret KPI performance, presenting forecasts, risks, historical comparisons, suggestions for action plans, and strategic insights that support decision making.
In this way, KPI evaluations become more accessible, objective, and data-driven, contributing to informed decisions based on updated information.
