SOAP endpoint replacement notice
To ensure the continuity of the integrations, the SOAP endpoints below will be discontinued as of version 3.2 and replaced according to the following table.
Task execution verification and approval steps unified
To streamline task management, the Task verification and Task execution approval tasks of SoftExpert Project have been unified.
With this improvement, the flow becomes more direct and intuitive, eliminating the verification step.
All existing records, including to-do tasks, have been automatically migrated to the execution approval step, ensuring continuity without the need for any actions on the user's part.
The Verify task button in the schedule has been updated to Close directly.
Thus, the manager, when necessary, can close the task directly by validating its execution without going through the formal approval flow.
Project creation with AI agent
Version 3.1 of the system brings new intelligent features to the Project (PR070) menu.
The menu maintained the same visual component, but now features an AI agent, making project creation more practical.
With the Create with AI option, the user can describe in simple language what they want, and the system automatically generates the project record.
Main features:
- Inserção do pedido em formato de texto livre, como uma conversa.
- Automatic generation of project records, without the need to know complex rules.
In the menu, the feature is available through the With AI agent option.
At this moment, the AI agent is limited to creating the project. Tasks are not created automatically and can be configured later.

The "With AI agent" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.
In order for it to work correctly, the AI features permission must be enabled in the Access group (CM011) menu.
Task creation with the option to create with AI
In version 3.1, the schedule now includes the Create with AI button, which supports task creation.
With this feature, the task structure can be generated automatically from a description, already organized and aligned with the project configurations.
Before completion, the information can be reviewed and adjusted, ensuring greater control over the planning and consistency in the definition of the tasks.
The improvement makes record maintenance more efficient, reducing time spent on manual activities.
The "Create with AI" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.

New features in the execution approval checklist
In this version, it is possible to define a default execution approval checklist directly in the task type data. In this way, when creating a new task with this type, the checklist is applied automatically, without the need for manual configuration.
The improvement increases standardization and agility for task creation, especially when the same checklist is used frequently.
Improvements when copying tasks and viewing schedules
Version 3.1 introduces important improvements for the options of copying tasks and viewing schedules, which makes the process more complete and easier to track.
More complete and faithful task copying
Now, when copying a task, it is possible to choose to add planning and tracking attribute values, ensuring a more complete reproduction and reducing the need for manual adjustments.
Highlight for copied tasks in the schedule
For easier identification, copied tasks are now highlighted in yellow within the project schedule. As a result, it becomes simpler to recognize replicated items, especially in more extensive schedules.
New default frames with intelligent features
SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:
- Risk type (PR037).
- Risk (PR007).
- Priority (PR031).
- Deliverable (PR066).
- Status report template (PR051).
- View profile (PR052).
With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records.
Now, it is possible to create items from scratch, import from a template, or use the "With AI agent" feature, except in the Deliverable (PR066) and Status report template (PR051) menus.
Immediate benefits of this screen:
- Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
- Individual record editing.
- Mass change and deletion.
- Integration with APIs for automation.
- Direct access to records with two clicks.
These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.
With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.

Menus centralized
Data management continues to be standardized in release 3.1 with the centralization of menus in the SoftExpert Administration component.
The following menus have been removed from SoftExpert Project:
- Evaluation method (PR063).
- Criterion (PR062).
The records are now created exclusively through the following menu:
- Evaluation method (AD083).
With this change, information maintenance occurs in a single place, providing greater consistency among the components and more agility in data management.

Form type and Form menus removed
The Form type (PR039) and Form (PR003) menus have been discontinued in SoftExpert Project.
As of this version, file forms will be replaced with templates created in the Template (AD028) menu of SoftExpert Administration.
This change centralizes template management in a single place, promoting greater standardization and integration between the components of the system.
