Customizable control test plan per sample
In version 3.1 of SoftExpert Suite, a new parameterization option has been added to the plan configuration for the sample type.
By enabling it, it is possible to define percentage ranges and approval criteria in a way similar to the default configuration of results.
Furthermore, the system starts to determine the sample result based on the actual percentage calculated from the checklist and on the rules configured in the plan.
The system automatically identifies the corresponding range and determines if the sample passed or failed, without relying exclusively on 100% for approval.
With the new rule, the result is no longer exclusively binary and starts to reflect the partial fulfillment of the criteria.
Simplified test plan
Now, it is possible to configure simplified test plans, ideal for faster and more objective executions.
During execution, it is possible to manually enter the numerical result, without the need to fill out detailed checklists.
This makes evaluations more direct, maintaining traceability, evidence recording, and compliance with the rules defined in the test plan.
Automated import of simplified control tests via REST and Data integration
From this version onwards, it will be possible to import control test executions of the simplified type in an automated manner, both via REST API and through the Data integration component.
This feature allows recording executions on a large scale by integrating data from external systems directly into the platform, with more control and consistency for the information.
Thus, the process becomes more integrated and suitable for scenarios that require a high volume of data and automation.
Evaluation method menu centralized
In version 3.1, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Evaluation method (RI111) menu has been removed from SoftExpert Risk and is now centralized in SoftExpert Administration.
Additionally, the Criterion (RI109) menu has been incorporated into the Evaluation method (AD083) menu, unifying management in one place. This change simplifies navigation, improves data consistency, and makes administration more agile and faster.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.
The result is greater consistency among the components, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.

Option for adding workflows when executing control tests
It is now possible to associate a workflow at the end of a control test execution, allowing for formalizing and tracking the actions derived from the results in a structured manner.
When finishing the test, it is possible to link an existing workflow or create a new one, as needed.
In this way, monitoring actions becomes more organized and integrated into the process.
Sample limit expanded in control test plans
In the new system version, it is possible to configure control test plans of the sample type with up to 160 samples, expanding the analysis capacity.
With this increase, it becomes feasible to carry out more detailed evaluations suitable for scenarios that require a greater volume of verification.
Thus, the tests start to offer greater coverage and adherence to the analysis needs of the controls.
Notification for explanation changes and action addition in risk or opportunity evaluations
In this release, the party responsible for a risk or opportunity, as well as the linked team, will receive notifications whenever the evaluation reason is changed or when action plans, isolated actions, or workflows are added.
This improvement increases visibility over relevant changes, contributing to more effective monitoring and greater control in the management of risks and opportunities.
Generate revision changes with AI
Now, you can count on artificial intelligence to speed up the revision process.
Available in the Revision > Change section, the automatic generation option analyzes the data of both the revision and the object, suggesting a list of relevant changes.
With this improvement, you reduce manual effort and gain more agility when identifying the necessary adjustments. The generated changes can be reviewed, edited, or removed before being saved, ensuring total control over the end result.
Resource available only to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a Gen AI & NLP API configured.
To use this feature, the risk plan can contain up to 500 items in its structure. If this limit is exceeded, it will not be possible to identify any changes made in the structure.
New screens for efficient record management
SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:
- Identification mask (RI104).
- Dynamic navigator (RI105).
- Test plan (RI211).
- Permission profile (RI513).
The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.

- Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
- Mass change and deletion.
