New default frames for efficient record management

SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:

• View profile (SP018).
• CMM file configuration (SP029).
• Process simulation (SP005).

The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.

Improvement in the process of deleting and cleaning data collection records

Aiming to improve system performance, the deletion and cleaning of data collections in SoftExpert SPC have been optimized to process large volumes of data.

With the new implementation, the process has been optimized by means of specialized services, making deletion and re-establishement faster, more stable, and scalable. 

The system also starts to control the status of the operations and register logs, increasing transparency and facilitating monitoring.

This improvement reduces the processing time and makes the management of large volumes of data more efficient and reliable.

Interface for data collection closure

In order to broaden the possibilities for integration and automation in the component, SoftExpert Suite now provides a web service for finishing data collections.

This resource enables the closure of SPC data collections via integration, following the same logic as that of the Finish data collection button. In this way, the operation can be automated by third-party systems, ensuring greater agility and standardization when executing activities.

This capacity is especially relevant in scenarios with a high volume of data, in which automation reduces the need for manual intervention and minimizes operational risks.

Thus, SoftExpert SPC starts to offer greater flexibility of integration, allowing data collections to be managed in a more efficient and consistent manner, aligned with the organization's flows.

Display of deadlines for data collections and characteristics in the component

In this version, improvements have been implemented to display relevant information in the Data collection (SP001) menu, such as the deadline of data collections and characteristics. 

Previously, this data was restricted to the Task center, which limited the tracking of the records.

With this update, information is now presented in a visual way, directly in the menu, allowing for quicker identification and a clearer and more objective analysis:

• Each characteristic now displays its respective deadline, according to the corresponding activity in the Task center, ensuring consistency between the execution and the monitoring of the data. 
• For characteristics with no frequency defined, the system automatically sets the status to "On time", eliminating ambiguities in the interpretation of the information.
• The collection deadline is defined according to the characteristic that is closest to the due date, being updated automatically as the activities are executed or resolved.

This improvement offers a consolidated and real-time view of the data collection status, reduces the need for navigation between screens, and expands the response capacity in the face of delays, promoting greater control, transparency, and adherence to good SPC practices.
