Create survey templates with AI
In the new version of SoftExpert Survey, automation and agility when recording information will be boosted.
Now, it is possible to create survey templates from a training with PDFs in their content or by uploading PDF files.
With the new feature, SoftExpert AI reads the PDFs and suggests questions, which can be multiple choice, descriptive, or objective, ensuring the creation of evaluation templates that suit the content.
Resource available only to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a Gen AI & NLP API configured.
Summary of descriptive answers with AI
In this version, we introduce a new feature that will make the user's daily life easier: the summary of descriptive answers with AI.
The system will be able to summarize descriptive answers and comments, simplifying the reading for those who analyze survey results.
Resource available only to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a Gen AI & NLP API configured.
New poll widget on portals
Now, polls can be made available on portals for users to complete. Questions can be objective, multiple choice, descriptive, or with an NPS value.
Through polls, it will be possible to apply climate surveys, in addition to collecting information so that strategic decisions are made in conjunction with the employees of the organization.
With this new poll widget, the organization's routine becomes more practical.
New unified menu for viewing, executing, and managing surveys
Discover the innovation in survey management for this release: the View > Survey (SV011), Execution > Survey execution (SV028), and Management > Survey planning (SV005) menus of the Survey component are now gathered in a single interface, with a clearer and simpler design, making access to the features much more practical.
All view, management, and execution options are available in one place, eliminating the need to switch between separate menus.
To access the new unified menu, use the code SV031 in the search bar. The new interface is designed to guide users in a clear and intuitive way through the resources.
If you prefer, go back to the previous version any time by clicking on Return to previous version in the lower left corner of the screen.
New default frame with intelligent features
Version 3.1 of SoftExpert Suite brings a new modern and standardized interface to the following menu:
- Question group (SV019).
Now, it is possible to create items from scratch, import from a template, or use the "With AI agent" feature.
Immediate benefits of this screen:
- Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
- Individual record editing.
- Direct access to records with two clicks.
These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.
With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.
The "With AI agent" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.
