Task execution verification and approval steps unified

Task management in SoftExpert Time control has evolved to make the flow of the steps more agile and intuitive.

In version 3.1, the verification step has been discontinued and incorporated into the task execution approval task, eliminating redundancies in the process and bringing about the following benefits:

• Agility in the flow: simplified task tracking, with reduced operational bureaucracy.
• Transparent transition: all existing records and to-do tasks have been automatically migrated to the new execution approval step.
• Guaranteed continuity: the update does not require manual actions nor reconfigurations, preserving the integrity of historical data.

This new resource enhances clarity and consistency for the control of the tasks, optimizing the tracking of their execution.

Approval checklist configured by task type

Checklist configuration in SoftExpert Time control offers greater automation and conformity for task execution.

Now, it is possible to define a default execution approval checklist directly in the task type. 

With this improvement, each new task generated from the type will automatically inherit the configured checklist, eliminating the need for manual selection and ensuring that no validation criterion is overlooked.
