New widget for the training portal

In the new system version, a new element has been added to the portals.

Now, it is possible to add a widget that organizes and groups trainings in order to facilitate access to learning.

In addition to separating training, this widget allows for displaying a sidebar with quick access to mapped and favorited trainings, as well as viewing records by course type. Various filters can be added to find trainings through the widget.

In this way, users have a centralized and parameterized vision of existing trainings, courses, and paths.

 

New default frame with intelligent features

Version 3.1 of SoftExpert Suite brings a new modern and standardized interface to the following menu:

  • Configuration type (TR027).

With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records.

Immediate benefits of this screen:

  • Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
  • Individual record editing.
  • Mass change and deletion.
  • Integration with APIs for automation.
  • Direct access to records with two clicks.

In the configuration type menu, it is possible to create records with the “With AI agent” feature, in addition to creating items from scratch and importing from a template.

These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.

With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.

The "With AI agent" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.

  • Training configuration (TR003).

The combination of optimized filters with the new functional listing makes it easier to view, find, and manage records.

It is also possible to create items from scratch.

Data management continues to be standardized in release 3.1 with the centralization of menus in the SoftExpert Administration component.

The following menu has been removed from SoftExpert Training:

  • File > Educational entity (TR029).

The records are now created exclusively through the following menu:

  • File > Business partner > Educational entity (AD081).

With this change, information maintenance occurs in a single place, providing greater consistency among the components and more agility in data management.
