Enable or disable tabs

Now, it is possible to enable or disable tabs within a portal. This allows the user to organize the information better by hiding contents that are no longer relevant, without the need to delete them.

Organization: rearrange portals in the sidebar

Portal organization has been improved, allowing the items to be rearranged directly from the sidebar.

In this way, the user can customize the display of the portals according to their preferences and facilitate access to the information most used on a daily basis.

 

Simpler and better integrated access request

From version 3.1, when a user does not have permission to view analyses in a portal, they can request access directly through the portal itself, in a quick way and without exiting the navigation flow, eliminating the need to resort to e-mails or other parallel channels.

The request is automatically sent for approval to the responsible party, in the Task center. During the process, all interactions remain centralized on this screen, ensuring more organization and control both for those who request and those who approve.

As soon as the demand is resolved, the user is informed by the system's notification center, which ensures more transparency and agility.

New way to view content

In the new version of SoftExpert Suite, we have incorporated the expanded view mode, which allows the user to view the portals with greater space utilization for the content, without compromising navigation. 

This improvement is especially useful for more detailed analyses on smaller screens, such as in tables and charts.

A more practical feedback analysis in SoftExpert Competence

In version 3.1, the new AI feedback summary generation feature has been incorporated into the system to streamline the day-to-day operations of organizations. With it, SoftExpert AI automatically analyzes information from an employee's multiple pieces of feedback and generates a consolidated summary. 

This makes the evaluation more agile and consistent, contributing to employee performance evolution and making it easier to plan users' IDPs.

Resource available only to Cloud customers that have an active SoftExpert Copilot license and a Gen AI & NLP API configured.

 

 

New Training widget

In this version, it is possible to insert a widget that organizes and groups trainings in order to facilitate access to learning.

The SoftExpert Training widget allows for displaying a sidebar with quick access to mapped and favorited trainings, as well as viewing records by course type or applying filters to easily locate the desired content.

As a result, the user has a centralized and parameterized view of existing trainings, courses and paths.

 

New Poll widget

Now, in SoftExpert Survey, polls can be made available on portals, through a new widget, for users to complete. Questions can be objective, multiple choice, descriptive, or with an NPS value.

With this new resource, the organization's day-to-day operations become more agile, allowing surveys to be carried out with employees in a simple and practical way.
