Cancelling or reactivating records
Prerequisites
- Access to the Configuration > Actions and plans (PL025) menu.
- Access to the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
Introduction
Through the Configuration > Actions and plans (PL025) menu and the Actions and plans (PL001) menu, it is possible to cancel or reactivate records (action plans, isolated actions, and plan actions).

The steps are valid for both menus.
Cancelling or reactivating action plans or isolated actions
1. Access the Configuration > Maintenance > Actions and plans (PL025) menu.
2. Select the desired record.
3. From the toolbar, click on the More button and select the
option.

4. On the screen that will open, provide an explanation for cancelling or reactivating the record.
5. Click on the
button.
Cancelling or reactivating plan actions
The steps above are valid for both action plans and isolated actions, but it is also possible to cancel or reactivate the actions of a plan via the Actions and plans (PL001) menu:
1. Access the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
2. Select the desired action plan.
3. Click on the
button.
4. In the Action record section of the Actions panel, select the desired action.
5. Click on the
button.

6. On the screen that will open, provide an explanation for cancelling or reactivating the action.
7. Click on the
button.
- After clicking on the
button, in the Operation field of the General tab, it will be possible to check if the operation is a cancellation or reactivation. - The History tab will show whether the record has gone through other cancellations or reactivations, along with their respective explanations.
