Learn about SoftExpert Action plan

Welcome!

SoftExpert Action plan is the component that allows for managing action plans consistently. Instead of dealing with actions and improvement plans in a disperse manner, it organizes the work into structured records, making it easier to define what needs to be done, who will do it, and what the deadline is.

To standardize recurring demands, the component allows for using templates (previously planned structures) that serve as a basis for adding new action plans and isolated actions, facilitating the creation of actions and plans with similar objectives.

Furthermore, SoftExpert Action plan can be used in conjunction with other system components, such as SoftExpert Document, SoftExpert Request, and SoftExpert Performance, broadening the context and tracking of deliveries. When there is a need to record effort and dedicated time, the timesheet resource works in an integrated manner with SoftExpert Time control.

What are its characteristics?

Upon accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:

Configuration Menu in which the initial configurations of the component are set; they will be used later on to add the other resources. Without a configured category, for example, it is impossible to plan an action plan.
File Menu in which action plan and isolated action templates are created.
Execution Menu in which plan actions and isolated actions are executed.
View Menu that gathers the information of all the component's tasks.
Actions and plans (PL001) Menu used to plan, track, delete, and manage action plans and isolated actions.

Shall we start?

By following the steps in the flows below, it will be possible to successfully configure and operate SoftExpert Action plan.

The first flow refers to the configuration and operation of an action plan:

The articles that make up the flow illustrate a company's strategic action plan. Within strategic planning, the action plan is applied to the actions that must be taken on short, medium, and long term. Thus, the necessary strategies are put into practice so that the company can remain prominent in the market in which it operates.

The second flow refers to the configuration and operation of an isolated action:

The articles that compose the flow illustrate an operational equipment maintenance action, usually seen in engineering solutions. The planning of this isolated action aims to map and schedule inspections in company machinery to ensure their functionality and preserve the safety of equipment.
