Deleting SoftExpert Action Plan records
Prerequisites
- Access to the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
- User with deletion permission configured in the security of the records or in the category.
Introduction
Isolated actions and action plans can be permanently removed from the system, regardless of their current status.
See how to delete records from the system through the actions and plans menu:
Deleting records
1. Access the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
2. Select an action plan or isolated action in the list of records.
- If the Allow only responsible user for action plan / action to delete records option is enabled in the general parameters, the user can only delete the records for which they are responsible. Even so, if the user is a member of the team responsible for a certain record, it will be displayed on the menu only if they have the "List" permission in the security.
- If this general parameter is not enabled, the user will be presented with the records for which they have the "List" permission in the security of the records themselves and in the security of the category to which they belong.
3. Right-click on the record.
4. Then, click on the Delete option that will be shown next to the selected record.

5. Click on OK to confirm that you really wish to delete the record.
6. Next, provide a reason for the deletion in the Explanation field and then click on the Confirm button.
7. Wait for the record to be deleted.
Conclusion
Thus, the record will be permanently deleted from the system.
