Introduction

To make it easier to control records and view saved information, SoftExpert Action plan features menus in which it is possible to perform searches.

Viewing actions and plans

1. Access the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.

2. Use the Filters button and click on Search.

3. Select the desired record and right-click on it.

4. Then, click on the Open data button to analyze the record's data.

 

Viewing tasks

1. Access the View > Tasks (PL026) menu.

2. In the Search filters section, click on the Select task type button.

3. Fill in the search fields and click on SEARCH.

4. Select the desired task type and click on Apply.

5. In the list of records, select the desired task and click on the button.
