Monitoring the execution of plan actions

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
  • Access to the Task center.
  • Action plan with execution in progress.
  • "Edit" control allowed on the security list to enable changes.

 

Introduction

The users designated as responsible for tracking plan actions can monitor the progress of their execution by means of the tracking to-do task. 

This operation can also be performed through the actions and plans menu. See how to proceed below:

 

Monitoring action execution

1. Access the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.

2. In the Quick access section found in the left panel, select the My trackings option.

User following the steps described above to monitor the execution of the actions.

3. At this point, the system will list the records whose approval, execution, or verification step is under the logged user's responsibility. Select the record you wish to monitor and right-click on it.

4. Next, click on Open data.

5. On the data screen that will open, it is possible to view and edit the actions, in addition to making changes to the record itself, if necessary.
