Verifying the effectiveness of the action plan

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Task center.
  • Execution of all plan actions closed or verified.

 

Introduction

The effectiveness of an action plan is defined through the execution of a task. 

The task will be generated if the record has verification configured in the category used.

Details of the Effectiveness verification task

Who receives it Users who compose the route responsible for the effectiveness verification of the action plan.
When The execution of all the actions that make up a plan is finished or verified, according to the configurations set in its category.
Purpose Allow the responsible parties to assess whether the implementation of the planned actions happened in accordance with the pre-established objectives.

This task can also be executed through the button available in the notification e-mail related to it.

 
 

 

Executing a task

1. Access the Task center > Action plan > Effectiveness verification menu.

2. Select the action plan and click on the Execute icon button.

3. On the record data screen, inspect the information.

Task center open in the action plan effectiveness verification task, highlighting the Run field.

4. Then, click on the Approve button.

5. On the screen that will be opened, leave a comment regarding the approval reason.

6. To finish, click on the Approved button again.

If any inconsistency is found when verifying the action plan, click on the Reject button (step 2). Thus, the action plan will be sent to the planning step again.

 

 

Conclusion

By verifying the effectiveness of an action plan, it is possible to assess the possibility of reusing its strategy or enhance it in the future.
