Verifying the effectiveness of the isolated action
Prerequisites
- Access to the Task center.
- Isolated action with closed execution.
Introduction
The effectiveness of an isolated action is defined through the execution of a task. The task is generated if the record has verification configured in the category.
Details of the Effectiveness verification task
| Who receives it | Users that compose the route responsible for the effectiveness verification of the action plan or isolated action. |
| When | The execution of a planned isolated action is closed. The planning of an immediate isolated action is finished or approved, according to the configurations set in its category. |
| Purpose | Allow the responsible parties to assess whether the implementation of the planned actions happened in accordance with the pre-established objectives. |
This task can also be executed through the button available in the notification e-mail related to it.
Executing a task
1. Access the Task center > Action plan > Effectiveness verification menu.
2. Select the isolated action and click on the
button.
3. On the record data screen, check and inspect the information.

4. Then, click on the Approve button.
5. On the screen that will open, leave a comment regarding your verification.
6. To finish, click on the Approved button again.
If any inconsistency is found when verifying the action, click on the Reject button (step 2). Thus, the isolated action will be sent to the execution step again.

By verifying the effectiveness of an isolated action, it is possible to assess the possibility of reusing its strategy or enhance it in the future.
