If the process associated with the application is also being used in a workflow type, instances started through it in the SoftExpert Workflow > Execution > Start (WF003) menu will also be displayed on the process menu of the application.

The displayed search filters vary according to the options parameterized in the menu configuration, performed when creating the application.

For more information on instance management, refer to the SoftExpert Workflow documentation.

The items created directly on the Record tab of the table associated with the menu will also be displayed in the listing.

All done! Now you know how to view and manage the records generated through the application menus.
