Viewing a customer

Prerequisites

  • Access to the View > Customer (CT002) menu.
  • Created customer.

 

Introduction

The View menu is used to search for existing customers, apply specific filters, and generate analyses and reports.

Viewing a customer

1. Access the View > Customer (CT002) menu.

2. In the Select type field, filter customers by category or company type.

3. In the Quick search field, it is possible to insert the customer's name.

4. Use the advanced filters through the button to filter customer-specific data.

5. Select the desired record and click on the View icon button to view the customer's data.

User following the steps above to view a customer.

To find a customer that is no longer active, simply select the General option in the Advanced filters section and, in the Status field, select Inactive.
