  • Access to the View > Evaluation (CT009) menu.
  • Evaluation by e-mail with answers.

 

Introduction

Once a customer evaluation is answered, the entire history can be viewed. This makes it possible to analyze customers' development.

Viewing a customer evaluation

1. Access the View > Evaluation (CT009) menu. 

2. Click on Search to find the desired evaluation.

3. Then, click on the View icon button and select the View data option.

4. To view the customer's evaluation chart, click on More and select Customer evaluation.
