Cancel a request

To cancel a request, just follow the steps below:

1. Access the SR005 menu.

2. Search for the previously issued request. In this case, that with "DOC-001" as ID #.

3. From the list of records, select the request.

4. Click on the More > Change status button, from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

5. Confirm the system message.

6. On the screen that will open, select the "Cancel" option in the Action field.

7. Fill in the Explanation field with "Document registration is no longer required".

8. Click on the button. Even canceled, the request can still be viewed! See how in the View a canceled request topic.
