View a canceled request

From the view menu, you can check all requests to which you have access in a single place.

To view a canceled request, just follow the steps below:

1. Access the SR008 menu.

2. From Search filters bar, go to Advanced filters and click on the button.

3. Among the options shown, select the Request filter.

4. Then, expand the list of options for the Request field.

5. Click on the Canceled option.

6. Click on the SEARCH blue button, found at the end of the Search filters panel.

7. All finished requests to which you have access will be listed. For example, request "DOC-001", which you canceled in the previous topic.

8. If you want to view the data of a request, select it and click on the button.
