In this release, various SoftExpert Suite components now include new features and improvements based on artificial intelligence.
These evolutions expand the possibilities for analysis, automation, and supported decision making in different resources of the system.

The resources with AI will only be available to organization that are Cloud customers have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.
Create with AI agent
Starting from SoftExpert Suite 3.1, it will be possible to use the With AI agent feature in the following menus:

The feature allows creating records with the aid of artificial intelligence, by means of interactions via chat.
This improvement is designed to make your routine even more productive, offering a more agile and efficient usage experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.
Generate revision changes with AI
Now, it is possible to count on artificial intelligence to speed up the revision process in the following components:

Available in the Revision > Change section, the automatic generation option analyzes the data of both the revision and the object, suggesting a list of relevant changes.
With this improvement, you reduce manual effort and gain more agility when identifying the necessary adjustments.
The changes generated can be reviewed, edited, or removed before being saved, ensuring total control over the end result.
There are some specificities for the use of this resource in each component. Check them out:
- SoftExpert Performance: the scorecard must contain up to 500 items in its structure. If this limit is exceeded, it will not be possible to identify any changes made.
- SoftExpert Document: the PDF conversion service must be properly configured. In this version, the resource supports only electronic files in PDF format, with a maximum size of 10 MB.
- SoftExpert Risk: the risk plan can contain up to 500 items in its structure. If this limit is exceeded, it will not be possible to identify any changes made.
New AI text wizard in SoftExpert Audit
To support text drafting during the audit process, this version features a new AI writing assistant.
This resource aids in text creation during audit evaluations, generating suggestions for evidence, comments, strengths, and weaknesses, based on the analyzed information.
It is also possible to fine tune the suggested content by applying different writing standards as needed.
Using artificial intelligence, the process becomes faster, contributing to greater standardization and quality for the information.

A more practical feedback analysis in SoftExpert Competence
The new system version brings a new feature that will streamline the work routine of organizations!
Now, SoftExpert AI can analyze information from the various feedbacks of an employee to generate a summary.
In this way, feedback analysis ensures evolution in employee performance, in addition to facilitating the planning of users' IDPs.
Compare revisions with AI in SoftExpert Document
By clicking on Compare with AI, the system opens a viewer with the document and the highlights of the changes identified between the revisions.
The Chat with your document feature also launches automatically, with the AI presenting a summary of the changes made.
Thus, it is possible to quickly understand what was changed, bringing more agility and clarity to the analysis of the revisions.
Analyze scorecard indicators with AI in SoftExpert Performance
Version 3.1 introduces the Analyze with AI feature for scorecard indicators, which is responsible for performing automatic analyses based on available data.
The resource relies on artificial intelligence to interpret indicator performance, presenting forecasts, risks, historical comparisons, suggestions for action plans, and strategic insights that support decision making.
In this way, indicator evaluations become more accessible, objective, and data-driven, contributing to informed decisions based on updated information.
Improvements in OKR analyses with AI
In version 3.1, new features have been incorporated to make OKR analyses more complete, visual, and oriented to decision-making.
The improvements include:
- Executive view: pre-defined report that automatically generates a structured summary of OKR evolution, facilitating sharing with responsible parties and executives.
- Action plans with AI: automatic generation of plans for each key result, with the possibility of reviewing and adjusting them before they are created and associated.
- Enhanced forecast charts: clearer view of how results evolve over time.
- OKR health score: AI-calculated indicator that represents the overall health of an objective's progress.
The health score calculation considers factors such as progress, forecast, check-in confidence level, comment sentiment, update frequency, and evolution pace towards the goal. The score ranges from 0 to 100, with values between 70 and 100 indicating a positive scenario.
Analysis with AI for KPIs in SoftExpert OKR
Version 3.1 introduces the Analyze with IA feature for KPIs, which is responsible for performing automatic analyses based on system data.
The resource relies on artificial intelligence to interpret KPI performance, presenting forecasts, risks, historical comparisons, suggestions for action plans, and strategic insights that support decision making.
In this way, KPI evaluations become more accessible, objective, and data-driven, contributing to informed decisions based on updated information.
Create survey templates with AI
In the new version of SoftExpert Survey, automation and agility when recording information will be boosted.
Now, it is possible to create survey templates from a training with PDFs in their content or by uploading PDF files.
With SoftExpert AI, PDFs will be read so that questions can be suggested. The questions can be multiple choice, descriptive, or objective, ensuring the creation of evaluation templates that are suitable for the content.
Summary of descriptive answers with AI in SoftExpert Survey
In this version, another new feature that will facilitate the user's routine is the summary of descriptive answers with AI.
The system will be able to summarize descriptive answers and comments, providing an overview of the responses in order to simplify reading for those who analyze survey results.
New data screen with AI resources in SoftExpert Meeting
In the new system version, meeting data is displayed in a more intuitive manner.
The new data screen ensures agility and flexibility through new filling configurations and autosave.
The meeting usage flow also became more practical. Now, all the record creation steps can be executed directly through the data screen, without the need to access the Task center multiple times.
The clearer and more straightforward design helps streamline the new data screen, ensuring a quick and effective operation concerning the records.
The AI features further facilitate the use of SoftExpert Meeting. Through the data screen, it will be possible to automatically generate action plans related to the recorded information. Furthermore, this information can also be summarized by artificial intelligence, simplifying the operation and creation of the meetings.
These features contribute to reducing manual effort, standardizing the records, and ensuring greater alignment between the discussions held and the actions executed.
For the resource that generates action plans with AI to work correctly, the meeting in progress must have calendar synchronization configured with Microsoft Office365 and audio transcript saved in Microsoft Teams.
Create requirements with AI based on normative content
Version 3.1 introduces two ways for adding requirements based on normative content, such as laws, regulations, and rules, using artificial intelligence:
- From a file: allows extracting and structuring requirements automatically from PDF documents.
- With AI agent: allows interacting with the AI by means of a chat to start the creation of requirements.
The AI interprets the content, identifies the applicable requirements, and creates the records in a structured manner directly in the system, reducing manual effort and promoting greater standardization.
