Gamification - 3.1
Challenges with evidence and approval
Now, it is possible to configure challenges that require the submission of evidence for completion, with validation by a responsible team.
When using the Approved evidence trigger, the participant can attach files directly to the challenge in order to prove their achievement.
After sending them, an evidence approval task is generated automatically for the defined team, which can evaluate, approve, or reject the submission, with the possibility of providing an explanation.
In case of rejection, the user can send new evidence. When it is approved, the challenge is completed and the reward is given normally.
With this feature, the gamification process becomes more controlled and reliable, ensuring that the achievements are linked to valid proofs.
To illustrate the new feature, we will use, as an example, a challenge created by the workplace health and safety committee, encouraging the employees of an organization to donate blood.
Number of executions to complete challenges
In the new system version, it is possible to complete challenges after a defined number of executions of the selected trigger.
This option will be available during the creation of challenges so that the records are closed after the number of executions specified in the "Number of executions" field has been met.
In this way, the closure of challenges is automated and the usage flow of SoftExpert Gamification becomes even more simplified.
New deadline status filter in the workflow trigger
For this release, SoftExpert has addressed users' requests and added a filter that allows creating a workflow trigger based on the moment when user activities are executed.
In this way, employees who complete their activities on time can be rewarded more fairly than those who execute them after the deadline.
To this end, simply select the "When a user activity is executed" workflow trigger when creating the challenge and add the Deadline status condition. Then, the deadline status must be indicated between the "On time" or "Past due" options.
Thus, SoftExpert Gamification can serve as a playful way to track the performance and progress of all the different employees of an organization.

Quick access to courses and paths via a summary link
SoftExpert Gamification keeps seeking to streamline and facilitate the user experience.
In this release, the courses and paths defined as a condition for the SoftExpert Training triggers can be accessed more quickly through a link displayed in challenge descriptions.
In this way, the user does not need to access SoftExpert Training to look for the course or path related to the challenge. They must simply click on the trigger link, and access will occur organically and directly.
