Storeroom - 3.1

SOAP API adjusted

A fix has been applied to the event SOAP API, in the endpoints for creating input events (inputEventInterface) and output events (outputEventInterface).

The DateFom field has been corrected to DateFrom, adjusting a nomenclature error in the API contract.

This change may impact existing integrations that use the previous field, making it necessary to update to the new name.

Storeroom type hierarchy

The display of the types has been improved to correctly represent the hierarchy between storerooms and sub-storerooms.

With the enhancement, sub-storerooms are now presented with an indent to the right, highlighting their relationship with the parent storeroom and allowing for multiple levels of depth in a dynamic manner.

This update provides greater visual clarity and improves usability when filtering types, which facilitates the identification and selection of storerooms in the Storeroom type (STM047), Location (STM004), Stock (STM029) menus, as well as in the event menus in general.

Capacity bar on the data screen - Location

The creation of location records now includes a status bar for capacity tracking.

With this improvement, it is possible to view, in a graphical and textual way, the number of associated repositories in relation to the maximum limit configured.

The indicator is updated automatically as repositories are added or removed, providing a quick view of the level of occupancy.

This resource assists in the control of the available space, without changing the relationship model or the data recording mode.

Column with capacity bar in the menu - Location and repository

The Capacity column has been added to the list of records of the Location (STM004) menu in order to allow for tracking the current usage in relation to the maximum limit configured through a status bar.

The indicator is also available for repositories (Supply and PDM) and for repository-type locations, being displayed according to the enabled configuration. The percentage is dynamically updated as each item is added or removed.

With this improvement, it is possible to have a clear and immediate view of the occupancy level, making it easier to monitor and manage the storage capacity.

Automatic repository ID # in locations

The creation of repositories in locations has been improved with the automatic generation of ID #s.

With this enhancement, the system automatically suggests the next available ID # based on the last existing repository in the location, respecting the prefix and incrementing the end numbering for each structure.

This feature follows the same pattern already used in the Repository (AR004) menu, contributing to greater agility when creating ID #s, standardizing them, and reducing typing errors.

Even so, the user can manually edit the suggested value and, if it is not possible to identify a valid pattern, the system presents an informative warning.

Location restriction message for events

Object events has been improved with the addition of a clear and guiding alert message for when there is a location restriction.

In these cases, when the Restrict location option is configured in the object record, the system starts to explicitly inform the reason why the event cannot be completed.

With this improvement, the user receives a more precise guidance during the operation, which reduces doubts and prevents unnecessary tickets from being submitted.

New default frames with intelligent features

SoftExpert Suite version 3.1 brings a modern and standardized interface to the following menus:

  • Storeroom type (STM047).
  • Event configuration (STM049).
  • Identification mask (STM038).
  • Permission profile (STM053).
  • Transport type (STM048).

With optimized filters and a new functional listing, it is much easier to view, locate, and manage records.

Immediate benefits of this screen:

  • Export of data from the list for reuse in other environments.
  • Individual record editing.
  • Mass change and deletion.
  • Integration with APIs for automation.
  • Direct access to records with two clicks.

Exclusively in the Storeroom type (STM047) and Transport type (STM048) menus, it is possible to create records using the “With AI agent” feature, in addition to creating from scratch and importing from a template.

These improvements have been developed to eliminate repetitive steps and make your routine even more productive.

With the new screen, SoftExpert Suite provides a more agile and efficient user experience, aligned with the needs of your organization.

The "With AI agent" feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have an active SoftExpert Copilot license.

Transporter menu centralized

Data management continues to be standardized in release 3.1 with the centralization of menus in the SoftExpert Administration component.

The Transporter (STM007) menu has been removed from SoftExpert Storeroom, and the records are now created exclusively in the Transporter (AD080) menu.

With this change, information maintenance occurs in a single place, providing greater consistency among the components and more agility in data management.
