• Action plan planning already closed and approved.

Introduction

An action plan action can be executed by means of a task, of the Action execution widget on the portals, or through the Execution > Action execution (PL009) menu.

After closing the execution, the action will go to one of the following steps:

• Action verification: if the action is from an action plan, and the Verification option is checked in the action plan category, the system will generate the Effectiveness verification task for the appropriate responsible parties.
• Closure: if the action plan category does not have verification configured, the action will be closed. Once closed, it can be viewed through the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.

Conclusion

Thus, the actions are executed in the system in order to resolve difficulties and achieve objectives. If any information referring to the action needs to be changed, said action can be edited even during its execution.
