Validating KPI forecasting and process mining APIs

Prerequisites

  • SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
  • Access to the Configuration > Integration center (COP010) menu.
  • "AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

 

Introduction

In the Data Lab tab, available in Copilot's Integration center, it is possible to validate APIs for KPI forecasting and process mining, which are solutions provided by the SoftExpert Data Lab component.

  • KPI forecasting: anticipates trends of sequential data, such as sales and number of customers, and is integrated with SoftExpert Performance.
  • Process mining: analyzes event records to improve the efficiency of processes, integrating with SoftExpert Workflow.

This article presents the procedure for validating validate the APIs of these solutions.

 

Validating the KPI forecasting API

1. Access the Configuration > Integration center (COP010) menu.

2. Click on the Data Lab tab.

3. In the KPI forecasts section, the server address will be displayed. To check if it is up and running, click on Validate API.

4. Click on the button.

 

Validating the process mining API

1. Access the Configuration > Integration center (COP010) menu.

2. Click on the Data Lab tab.

3. In the Process mining section, the server address will be displayed. To check if it is up and running, click on Validate API.

4. Click on the button.
